Facebook celebrated St. Andrew’s Day in Scotland with Romanian flag



LONDON — Google turned to Nessie, marking St. Andrew’s Day with a special Doodle. Facebook, however, took a different route, leaving some of its Scottish users quite confused

People in Scotland posting about the public holiday on Monday could only mark it with a status featuring a tricolour of blue, yellow and red — the Romanian flag — rather than the blue and white Saltire, or St. Andrew’s Cross
